An evening with Internationally acclaimed, award winning baker and author Emmanuel Hadjiandreou.
Come and enjoy a two hour master class demonstration on all things sourdough together with a Q&A session to help you understand the intricacies of sourdough bread making. This will be followed by a matched sourdough, wine and Sussex cheese tasting experience in association with Hennings Wine.
Emmanuel's sourdough bread has won Soil Association Organic Food Awards so be prepared to be inspired by his skill and enthusiasm!
Emmanuel is totally passionate about teaching bread making. Originally from South Africa, where he trained, he has worked all around the world. In the UK for Gordon Ramsey, the Savoy, Flour Power City Bakery, Daylesford Organics and Judges Bakery in Hastings, where he now lives.
Hennings wine with also be here to enable you to sample and enjoy wines with the breads and Sussex cheeses.
Arrival from 7.15 for welcome drink, the evening demonstration & tastings will start promptly at 7.30pm.
