Sussex Food & Drink Awards Young Chef of the Year 2018 WINNER, Michael Notman-Watt will be at the Bakehouse to showcase his talent and the best of local seasonal Sussex produce for an exclusive Autumn supper club.

The evening will commence from 7pm with a welcome glass of local award winning Wiston sparkling wine and then be followed at 7.30pm by a seasonal tasting menu (see below) . You will dine by candlelight at what promises to be an enjoyable and memorable evening.

We are fully licensed; house wine by the glass and a selection of bottled wines will be available for additional purchase on the evening   (Payable in cash only on the night)

 

MENU 
Welcome snack with Wiston NV Blanc de Blancs:
Deep fried chicken oyster, oyster mayonnaise, lardo, kombu powder, caviar

Smoked haddock, chive and autumn black truffle dashi

Baked pumpkin and cob nut ravioli, hazelnut milk and cheddar curds

Venison feast: Slow baked venison shoulder, cranberry brioche, venison faggots, juniper sauerkraut, celeriac puree, autumn bitter leaves, sunflower seed praline

    Frozen apple and dill salsa with Neil’s Yard creme fraiche

   Fig leaf and rose hip panna cotta, blackberries and melba toast

PLEASE NOTE. Whilst we do have some tables for 2 this is a Supper Club so do expect to share tables with other diners unless you book as a table  with a minimum of 4 diners.
