Enjoy a fun day of Easter baking with Les & Sarah learning to make some delightful recipes. This course will teach you some delicious bakes that can be shared with family and friends over the holidays and the skills and recipes learnt can be used all year round with different seasonal ingredients.
On this course you will learn:-
How to make delicious hot cross buns.
A decadent chocolate cake and how to adapt the recipe for different occasions.
Belgium chocolate ganache icing.
Butter shortbread Easter egg biscuits, a versatile recipe that can be changed to suit any occasion (with different shaped cutters and flavours)

The day starts at 9.45 am with coffee, homemade cookies and a run through of the day's schedule.
You will then start the morning baking with Les who will teach you how to make hot cross buns. Sarah will continue with the other recipes while your buns are proving! After a delicious 2 course lunch in the Tearoom, which is always a sociable occasion, you will decorate and package your bakes ready to take home with a course recipe handout so that you are all ready to bake at home!. The day should finish approx. 3.30pm.
