The accommodation provides:
- Entrance lobby (great for wellies!)
- Kitchenette area with fridge/freezer, slimline dishwasher, microwave/grill, 4 pan ceramic hob, oven, kettle & toaster. (the facilities are configured across two adjoining rooms) NB: No washing machine
-Lounge with Inglenook fireplace with cosy wood burning stove, Freeview TV, DVD, Ipod dock and Wi-Fi.
-Large conservatory/dining area which is lovely to relax in the sun with views to the garden and the woods & pond beyond. (high chair)
-On the first floor: Bathroom with roll top bath and hand shower, double room with kingsize bed and children’s adjoining suite which has two single children's beds (suitable for up to age 12). (hair dryer, baby bath, changing mat, travel cots available)
(Whilst the ceiling height in the cottage is 6'2 - 6'4 some beams are lower at 6'1 and 5'11 in places).
-Sleeps 2-4 (2 adults & 2 children under 12yrs)
TARIFFS AND AVAILABILITY
Our booking weeks run Fri - Fri for week long stays and for short breaks we offer 3 night weekend or 4 night mid week stays Fri - Mon (3 nights) and Mon - Fri (4 nights)
