Join Master Chef Champion, Kenny Tutt on a journey to discover the skill of fileting fish, sauce making & more!  Kenny's warm, friendly informal style makes for a fun informative few hours, then a chance to enjoy a casual relaxed lunch with plenty of time for Q&A's with Kenny. 

During the interactive demonstration you will learn:- 

  • Fish preparation and filleting
  • Knife skills (Demo and practical for class)
  • Making a white veloute sauce (Mother sauce)
  • Fish top tips and what to look for when buying
  • Making enriched mash potato with multiple uses
  • Cooking the ultimate fish pie for lunch using all of the skills above.

 

The morning starts with a welcome coffee/tea & cookies from 10.30am and then the demonstration will commence at 11am and run for approx. 2 - 2.5  hours, with time for Q&A's.  You will then be able to enjoy the  delicious fish pie meal with a choice of wine or soft drink, pudding, coffee/tea included.
