For many years our Gluten Free customers who dine with us during our Café opening times have commented on how delicious our GF breads, flatbreads & crackers are, now you can enjoy them at home too!
This workshop is designed for people who would like to develop their knowledge, skills and techniques to enjoy a range of delicious, nutritious Gluten Free breads.
During the day we will make :-
- an everyday seeded loaf (which makes fantastic toast too!)
- an Italian focaccia using our in-house blend of GF flours
- flatbreads (great for enjoying pizza or fajitas)
- savoury scones/quick breads
- delicious crackers.
All the bread will be baked in our traditional wood fired oven and conventional electric oven so you can recreate easily the breads at home.
Learn about the wide range and diversity of grass, nut & plant flours which will enable you to bake fantastically delicious, nutritious Gluten Free breads which means you’ll never have to buy supermarket bread (with all its artificial additives & preservatives) ever again!
The workshop starts promptly at 10am (Arrive anytime from 9.45am for tea/coffee and homemade GF brownies) and will run through until 3.30/4pm and includes refreshments, a homemade set GF two course lunch with wine, or soft drinks and tea/coffee to finish.
There is no need to bring anything with you as everything you need for the day is provided and you will take home all the bread that you have made together with the recipes and instructions.
We will have a selection of our in-house Artisan Bakehouse GF flour range available for separate purchase on the day.
