Learn to make the classic mother sauces, master silky hollandaise and béarnaise, and whip up a punchy homemade mayonnaise with confidence.
Kenny will also cover the secrets to rich, flavourful stocks, giving you the skills to elevate any dish at home.
Kenny's warm, friendly informal style makes for a fun informative few hours, then a chance to enjoy a casual relaxed 2 course lunch with plenty of time for extra Q&A's with Kenny.
During the interactive demonstration you will learn:-
- The five mother sauces - béchamel, velouté, espagnole, hollandaise, and tomato
- How to then use mother sauces as bases for secondary 'small sauces'
- The four basic kinds of stock - White, Brown, Vegetable and Fish
- A luxury mayonnaise with endless uses from sandwiches to dips. Kenny will cover the limitless flavours you can learn to create too!

The morning starts with a welcome coffee/tea & cookies from 10.30am and then the demonstration will commence at 11am and run for approx. 2 - 2.5 hours, with time for Q&A's. You will then be able to enjoy a delicious lunch with a choice of wine or soft drink, coffee/tea included.
