This workshop is suitable for anyone that has an interest in expanding their bread making skills and delving into the world of bread although it’s not necessary to have any bread making experience as you will be guided through the process of making some fantastic tasty Mediterranean breads.
On this workshop we will explore the world of flat and hearth breads throughout the Mediterranean. We’ll make traditional Greek pittas, a Lebanese Maneesh topped with your own zingy za’atar spices, an Italian pizza, topped how you like it and a Fougasse Provencale.
The workshop starts promptly at 10am (arrive anytime from 9.30am for tea/coffee and cookies) and will run through until 4.15/4.30pm and includes refreshments, lunch (your pizza with salad and a pudding) with wine, beer or soft drink and tea/coffee to finish.
There is no need to bring anything with you as everything you need for the day is included and you will take home all the bread that you have made together with the recipes and instructions.
(If you have a group of 6 people we are happy to arrange a specific date for you)
